Richards Bay FC DDC team suffered a painful 4–0 defeat in their first match of the year in the DStv Diski Challenge against AmaKhosi.
The Natal Rich Boyz played offensively but at the Mpumalanga Stadium, but unfortunately made crucial errors which cost the team the game.
The DDC team of Richards Bay FC resumed trainings a few weeks ago, having also recently participated in the SA Duma Foundation tournament which ended last week on Friday, 9 January 2026.
The Natal Rich Boyz Diski team go again on Saturday 17 January 2026, when they face TS Galaxy at KaNyamazane Stadium.
Richards Bay FC DDC currently sit in 6th position on the league table, after 14 games played.
